StockReason is designed to make research inputs and uncertainty visible without exposing private model reasoning or pretending to make the final decision for you.
Evidence first
Claims in a completed Reason link to frozen Evidence and source context. Source, publication timing, observation timing, and known limitations remain part of the record.
AI-assisted perspectives
Reason Roles are AI research functions, not people, providers, or guaranteed experts. They can omit context or make mistakes. Structured Discussion shows completed research steps, not hidden chain-of-thought.
Freshness and coverage
Market data and public sources can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. As-of labels and stale states describe the data we received, not everything that may exist.
Private by default
Account Reasons are private until you explicitly use Share. Reasons containing a trading instruction stay private. Published links are intentionally public and may be indexed. Authentication and account data controls are separated from public research pages.
Your judgment
When explicitly enabled, StockReason may end a private Reason with a general Buy, Sell, or Watch signal based on the displayed Evidence. It cannot know your objectives, finances, tax position, holdings, or risk tolerance. Verify the Evidence and make your own decision.
