By using StockReason, you agree to these early-access terms and to use the service only for lawful research purposes.
The service
StockReason organizes public market information and AI-assisted research perspectives into Reasons. Features, limits, data sources, and availability may change during early access.
Research, not investment advice
StockReason does not provide personalized investment advice, brokerage services, guarantees, price targets, position sizing, or suitability assessments. If you explicitly enable it, a private Reason may include an AI-generated, evidence-based Buy, Sell, or Watch signal. It does not consider your personal circumstances and is not trade execution. Evidence may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You remain responsible for verification and every decision.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for your credentials and activity. You retain responsibility for prompts you submit. Private Reasons remain account-scoped unless you explicitly publish them with Share; Reasons containing a trading instruction cannot be published.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with security or availability, scrape private data, submit unlawful material, or present StockReason output as a guaranteed result or instruction.
Availability and termination
The early-access service is provided as available and may experience interruptions or provider failures. You may stop using it or delete your account. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use.
